Empowering Southwest Riverside County's brightest students to achieve their educational dreams

2026 Scholarship Program

This year, the SRCAR® Foundation is proud to offer 20 scholarships totaling $20,000, including designated scholarships, to graduating high school seniors in Southwest Riverside County. These scholarships recognize academic excellence, character, community involvement, and the determination to make a positive difference.

For over 30 years, we have invested in hundreds of deserving students, helping them pursue their educational goals and return to strengthen our communities.

SRCAR Foundation Scholarships

Who Can Apply

Graduating high school seniors from Southwest Riverside County who plan to attend a two-year community college, four-year university, technical, trade, or vocational school are eligible to apply.

Geographic Area — Canyon Lake, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Perris, San Jacinto, Temecula, Winchester, or Wildomar

Academic Performance — Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 at the end of first semester of senior year

Educational Plans — Enrollment in a post-secondary institution (community college, university, technical, trade, or vocational school)

Selection Criteria

Scholarships are awarded based on a holistic review of each applicant:

Academic Excellence — Strong academic performance and commitment to education

Leadership & Accomplishments — Extracurricular activities, awards, and recognition

Community Service — Meaningful contributions to the community

Personal Character — Integrity, work ethic, and dedication to goals

Application Requirements

To be considered for a scholarship, students must submit a complete application package including:

Completed Application — Download and fill out the appropriate application form

Letters of Recommendation (Optional) — Up to Two letters of recommendation.

SRCAR Community Impact

Important: Applicants are NOT guaranteed a scholarship. Scholarship recipients will be asked for proof of post-secondary education acceptance to obtain their scholarship funds.
