For over 30 years, the SRCAR® Foundation has been dedicated to helping young minds achieve their dreams by investing in the educational future of our community's brightest students.

Our Mission

The SRCAR® Foundation empowers the next generation through education, mentorship, and career readiness. We are committed to providing scholarships, hands-on training, and community support that inspire and equip youth—including those from underserved communities and foster care systems—with the tools and resources needed to build successful futures. By bridging the gap between education and opportunity, we prepare students to graduate with confidence, purpose, and a clear path toward professional success—whether as REALTORS®, skilled tradespeople, or in other meaningful careers.

Serving Our Local Communities

We proudly serve students from throughout the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® area, including Canyon Lake, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, Perris, San Jacinto, Temecula, and Wildomar. These are the communities where we live, work, and raise our families, and investing in their young people is investing in all of our futures.

Our Impact

This year, the SRCAR® Foundation is proud to offer 20 scholarships totaling $20,000 to local graduating seniors. These scholarships recognize not just academic excellence, but also character, community involvement, and the determination to make a positive difference in the world.

Over three decades, we have awarded scholarships to hundreds of deserving students, helping them pursue degrees at community colleges, four-year universities, technical schools, trade programs, and vocational institutions.

What We Look For

Scholarships are awarded based on a holistic review of each applicant's academic performance, accomplishments, community involvement, and personal merit:

Academic Performance — Demonstrated commitment to educational excellence with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Accomplishments — Leadership, extracurricular activities, awards, and recognition

Community Involvement — Service to others and meaningful contributions to the community

Merit & Character — Personal integrity, work ethic, and dedication to goals
