Our Mission

The SRCAR® Foundation empowers the next generation through education, mentorship, and career readiness. We are committed to providing scholarships, hands-on training, and community support that inspire and equip youth—including those from underserved communities and foster care systems—with the tools and resources needed to build successful futures. By bridging the gap between education and opportunity, we prepare students to graduate with confidence, purpose, and a clear path toward professional success—whether as REALTORS®, skilled tradespeople, or in other meaningful careers.

We envision a future where every young person in Southwest Riverside County has access to the education, training, and mentorship they need to thrive. Our commitment extends beyond traditional pathways, embracing diverse career trajectories and recognizing that success takes many forms. Our Approach

The SRCAR® Foundation takes a comprehensive, holistic approach to youth development that goes beyond traditional scholarship programs. We combine financial support with mentorship, hands-on training, and community connections to ensure students are prepared not just for higher education, but for meaningful careers and fulfilled lives.

By partnering with local schools, businesses, and community organizations, we create pathways to success in real estate, skilled trades, and other professions that reflect the diverse talents and aspirations of our region's young people.
